by Iowa's News Now Staff Mon, May 29th 2023, 3:14 PM UTC City of Cedar Rapids CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (Iowa's News Now) — Three will be traffic impacts at an intersection in Cedar Rapids for construction of a roundabout. The intersection of 2nd Street SE and 12th Avenue SE will be closed starting Tuesday, May 30th. Detours will be posted to use 3rd Street SE during construction. Work is anticipated to last until early fall. During this time the 12th Avenue bridge will remain closed for construction work.
