WATERLOO, Iowa (KWWL) The Cedar Valley Art Summit is coming back strong on Friday, April 28, with a day-long event at the Waterloo Center for the Arts . Limelight Cedar Valley , a well known arts advocacy organization, is sponsoring the Cedar Valley Arts Summit . The event is open to the public and everyone interested in supporting arts in the Cedar Valley invited to help the cause by purchasing a ticket.
