I can't say enough great things about all of the guys at Bike Tech! The guys are knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely care about getting people involved in the sport. My wife and I had visited Bike Tech for tune-ups and repairs on our bikes in the past and always had great experiences, but just before Christmas 2017 I received a call from the owner of Bike Tech informing me that I had won a $500 drawing towards a new bike. I stopped by the store a few days later and they happily showed me different options, discussed what bike would fit my needs and then got everything set up for me. When I went to the store to pick up the bike, they not only gave me a 1 year warranty and free fix-a-flat service, but they threw in a free water bottle and cage - they wouldn't even let me pay for the taxes! I was already a fan of Bike Tech, but after the customer care I received (without spending a dollar in the store) I can't say enough great things!
